  • Is a contract required to work with My Hired Team?
    We put an emphasis on flexibility, which is why we offer services on a month-to-month basis. We offer a mutual 15-day opt out policy and you can also drop our services with a 30-day notice. We do not make you sign any binding contracts.
  • Am I responsible for onboarding new employees on my own?
    We will assist with the initial onboarding period. However, you will be responsible for training that specifically pertains to your company. You will train both the employee and our onsite supervisor to ensure that everyone is up to date on the training process.
  • Are there a minimum number of hours required for virtual employees?
    It’s negotiable – your rules, your team. My Hired Team provides your company with the flexibility to choose hours of employment that best fit your business needs. Scaling up or down has never been easier, which adds another element of cost savings as you grow your business.
  • Are there security risks involved?
    We ensure that only trusted professionals are hired, but we take it one step further by requiring that your offshore employees sign into your own Virtual Private Network (VPN). This enables users to safely send and receive data across shared or public networks as if the computing devices were directly connected to the private network. Additionally, our offices are equipped with 24/7 cameras.
  • Are there different available plans?
    We offer three different tiers of plans. Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans offer various levels of service at varying budgets. That means you can find a plan that meets your needs and budget. Ranging from $500 per month to $1,280 per month for standard office positions, there is a plan to meet your requirements.

  • Does My Hired Team work with different softwares?
    We use remote desktop to connect with your network, which is free of charge to the client. Upon connecting, you will be required to train your employee on the specific software needs for them to operate efficiently. Each team member has experience in Quickbooks and Excel, just to name a few.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
